Macheen operates out of Milpa Grille in Boyle Heights, serving innovative tacos on heirloom blue corn tortillas that represent some of LA’s most creative Mexican cuisine. The must-order pork belly taco features six-hour-braised pork belly with nopales, avocado salsa, refried black beans and cotija cheese.
