Tacos Los Gordos has earned recognition as Connecticut’s premier taco destination, operating from their downtown New Haven location on Orange Street. Chef Edgar Marcial’s al pastor taco is “easily one of my top tacos in Connecticut” featuring “over 50 pounds” of pork shoulder “marinated for 2-3 days” and cooked on a traditional spit.
